Ingredients:
1 cup Plain flour
1 tsp baking powder
180 grms dark chocolate bits
½ cup dried cranberries
¼ cup pumpkin seeds
¼ cup flax seeds
¾ cup rolled oats
¾ cup sunflower seeds
¼ cup sesame seeds
1 cup brown sugar
1 egg
125 grms butter, softened
½ tsp vanilla essence
Method:
- Preheat oven to 180°C
- Mix dry ingredients
- Cream butter, sugar and vanilla, Add beaten egg
- Roll into balls, flatten and bake for 12-15 minutes
